Start of shuttle indicates the first bus to depart from the unused bus stop on Montfichet Road, start times are 30 minutes prior to Fan Central opening times. Finish of shuttle indicated the last bus to depart Fan Central

The objective of this is to offer a service to spectators who are disabled, ambulant carers and those who required assistance walking or cannot walk long distances. The messaging is if you can walk the Last Mile, then we encourage you to do so. We do not have the capacity to take all spectators to Fan Central via the shuttle bus. Whilst we will not say no any spectator taking the bus if space allows, priority will be to those with accessible needs.

Collections will be approximately every 10 minutes depending on loading times, buses will run on a loop.

Accessible Spectator Shuttle Pick up & Drop off Points

The Accessible Spectator Shuttle will pick up from the unused bus stop on Montfichet Road. When exiting via the Northern Ticket Hall from Stratford Tube Station cross Montfichet Road and walk towards Stratford City Bus Station/Car Park C, following the white arrows below.

There will be a sign at the bus stop as well as Hockey Makers to ask around peak ingress times should you need any assistance.

There is a second pick up point at Stratford International Station, simply exit Stratford Station onto International Way, then turn left again where you will see a large bus stop turning circle. Once again there will be a sign at the bus stop as well as Hockey Makers at peak ingress times should you need any assistance.

There will be a Hockey Maker based at each bus stop, who will ensure spectators with accessible needs are prioritised to access this service. They will also be able to inform spectators of approximately how long until the next bus, or any delays etc.

The Accessible Spectator Shuttle’s final drop off is outside Fan Central, on Northwall Road.

Please note spectators can only use the Accessible Spectator Shuttle, they are not permitted access to the Official Event Shuttle, which drops off at the Arena.

On Saturday 28 July Ride London preparations are taking place on Northwall Road, therefore on this day the Accessible Spectator Shuttle will drop off outside Here East multi-storey car park, which is then a short walk (approximately 250m) to Fan Central. This drop off point will also be used on Sunday 29 July until we have access to Northwall Road again. On Sunday 29 July, this shuttle service will begin from 1400 due to Ride London.
